Compare that to companies that view Article 25 as a burden. They comply reluctantly, do the minimum, and constantly look for loopholes. And you know what? Users can tell. DPAs can tell. And in the long run, the market punishes them for it.

My advice: Stop thinking of Article 25 as a compliance requirement. Think of it as a product specification from 500 million EU citizens telling you what kind of products they want to buy.

Build that, and compliance becomes a natural byproduct.
